Well we have had a very busy but good couple weeks here at the Heuer household! I'm sorry for the lack of posts but now that my husband works from home so much, it's hard to get on to the computer! My parents came down to visit over the Easter weekend and we had a wonderful time with them! I forgot my camera on Easter Sunday but we spent time with my Aunt Reba and Uncle Terry, my Nana Pat and Grandpa Ed and my cousin Erica, her son Malaki, and her fiancee Chad! We had a great time and look forward to seeing them all again soon! We also went to Duane and Marcy's house for an Easter Egg hunt! It's very unclear who the winner was because there were some sneaky things that took place between the brothers! :) It certainly was fun though!
As far as Isaiah goes, he is just growing so quickly! His bottom tooth finally popped through and we are all happier because of that! We think maybe he's starting to work on the other bottom one. He continues to eat and sleep very well so that is a blessing! He is still scooting all over the place and prefers to move backwards. Someday soon we're sure he'll go forward! :) Eric weighed him last night and he was a solid 19 pounds! He absolutely LOVES his cereal and is still doing well with solids. I would say his favorites are apples and peas! He is also becoming more and more of a talker. I know for sure I've heard him say ma-ma a couple times! No one else has heard it but I'm just positive I have! ;)
As you can see in this first picture, we have a scooter! We had him on the floor playing after breakfast one morning and before we knew it, he had scooted himself under the couch!
Here are the two cousins "wrestling" on the floor! They have so much fun together and it has been so neat for us to watch them play and interact!
Here is proof that you don't need to buy expensive toys for your children! Just give them boxes to play in!
Here is Isaiah enjoying his dinner with his Mimi!
Isaiah loves Mimi and Pop!
And boy do they love him! Isaiah is so blessed to have six wonderful grandparents whom he loves so much!
Isaiah got to spend some time at the beach this past week! He LOVED it! After picking up this sand, his hands naturally went straight to his mouth!
Looking at shells with mommy! Check out the hat!
Look at those precious (and chunky!) hands and feet!
After playing so hard on the beach, Isaiah needed some down time in the pool!
The cousins in their floats!
Drying off with daddy!
We hope you've all had a great and relaxing weekend and we'll post again soon!!!!
Love, love, love!

Our Baby Loves To Be Outside
We have a great little deck on the back of our new house where we love to sit and eat dinner in the evenings. Isaiah loves to sit out there in his exersaucer with us and enjoy the beautiful weather! We got some great pics last night of him playing and of Derby also joining our family time!

These two absolutely adore each other!
We have also been going on quite a few walks after dinner! We all love the fresh air and exercise! Here is our big boy in his stroller ready for a walk! How cute is his hat?? :)
Miss and love you all!!!!!

Teething and Rocking
We are going through several different milestones right now with our precious Isaiah. He has a tooth that has started to work its way up to the skin and it has really been bothering him the past 5 days. We have seen a fussy little boy that we hardly ever see. It's really pretty sad. :( Because of this tooth, he has not been eating like normal either so we decided to try a sippy cup to see if he would drink out of that. Well, as you can see in the video, he just wanted to rub it on his sore gums.
We also have a little boy who is trying oh so hard to crawl! He's getting up on all fours and rocking a lot. We know it will just be a matter of time before he takes off!
Isaiah's personality is really starting to pop out also! He is just so much fun right now (even if his teeth are bothering him!) He is such a laid back, easy going, happy little boy and we are just completely crazy about him! He loves to be outside and we have recently discovered another trait he has from his father. He HATES to be alone! If we leave the room while he is playing, he gets really upset. He just loves to be in the presence of his parents! We'll see how many more years that will be true! :)
We love and miss you all! Blessings and love from Florida....the Heuers

We're moved...
The Heuer family has officially moved and settled into our new home in Florida. AND we finally have Internet! Sorry for the lack of pictures the past couple weeks...it's been a bit crazy! We've had such great help from Duane and Marcy and Ian and Leah during our move. Thanks so much for all of your assistance in making this a smooth transition!
Isaiah is doing so well and adjusting just fine! He is sleeping great in his new room and he is definitely a "scooter"! He is crawling backwards and is constantly moving!
Here are a few pictures from the past couple weeks...
I love this first one of my two favorite guys! Eric was packing with Isaiah on the bed and I caught a very smiley moment!
What a stud in his daddy's hat!
The cousins taking a bath together! Isaiah was NOT punching Eli!
Playing together on our bed!
Such a big boy sitting up!
Just lounging!
So much love to you all from the Sunshine State (even though it's pretty chilly down here right now!) More to come very soon...

Doggy Day Care
First of all, I'll let everyone know that Isaiah is doing much better! Today was the first day I actually didn't have to constantly wipe his nose! And he's hardly coughing anymore too so that's great! We are still doing the antibiotics and still doing the breathing treatments three times a day but they are paying off because he is doing well! Thank the Lord! I just don't know if there's anything worse than a sick baby! Thank you all for your concern and prayers for our little man!
OK, I do realize that I will probably offend some of you, totally disgust some of you and hopefully make some of you smile! For those of you with pets and children in your home, I am hoping you can relate to this post! When Eric and I were first married, we got Derby, our wonderful Golden Retriever! He has been so much fun and such a source of joy to us! Our precious little Isaiah has fallen in love with Derby and I have captured some very cute play time pictures of the two of them! Often times Isaiah will sit captivated by his doggy! It's the cutest thing to see his face light up whenever Derby is near by! And just for the record for those of you who are disgusted by these pictures, we do wash Isaiah's hands and face thoroughly after Derby has shown him some affection! :)

And here is a video of my two little guys playing together!!!
