We celebrated Christmas with Nonni and Nonno this past weekend and had a great time. Even though it was warmer than Indiana, we still made it feel like Christmas! We had some cool nights so we still built a fire and that helped the feeling! Several of these pics are from this past weekend!
Tomorrow, Isaiah and I fly to Indiana to celebrate Christmas up there. Eric will join us a few days later. We are really looking forward to our time there! Please pray that Isaiah would be so overcome with fatigue that he falls fast asleep in my arms! :) It WILL be during nap time so my hopes aren't too far-fetched! And I know the Lord can do ANYTHING!!!!!
I will be 21 weeks tomorrow and here is a belly shot from tonight!
The cousins playing!
Precious boy!
Eric with both boys in their jammies
Isaiah found some slippers!
Isaiah got a new basketball hoop and loved it!
I guess the picture yesterday and this picture right here are plenty of evidence to show that Isaiah is becoming quite the climber! :) He crawled into this cabinet at Nonni's house all by himself and he was so proud!
The End :)

A quick pic
I was busy picking things up around the kitchen today and I knew Isaiah was playing in my cookbook cabinet but I didn't know the extent of it until I walked around the corner!
Sorry it's kind of blurry, I took it with my phone! :)
I will try to post again soon but I'm trying to rush around like a mad woman and check as many things off my to-do list while Isaiah naps!
Love to all...

The results are in...
....and mommy's gut told her correctly! Isaiah is going to have a little BROTHER! :) We were thrilled, first and foremost to find out our baby is healthy and perfectly proportioned! Everything at this point checked out great! Thank you JESUS!!! The brain looked great, the heart looked great, the kidneys looked great, all the right parts were there and it was very clear that the baby is a boy! I even recognized it before the tech told us! One thing that was so crazy was how EXTREMELY active he is! He was all over the place. He literally changed positions four times during our 15 minutes in the ultrasound! And he is very strong, too! The tech even felt him on the outside and couldn't believe how well she felt him kick!
Overall, it was just an awesome appointment and we could not be happier to have received the news we did! We feel so blessed to again be having a little boy! I didn't know I could be so crazy about baby boys!
Precious Profile! He looks a lot like his big brother, we think! :)
Sweet little foot!
Here's our proof! :)
Thank you all for your prayers for us today! They were definitely felt and appreciated! We are so grateful to our GOD for a great report and a sweet baby boy! Lots of love!!!!!!!

More pics!
Here are some more recent pics for you to enjoy! Isaiah woke up this morning with a runny nose and we think it might be "teething" related. Tonight at dinner, he was pretty cranky because he was hurting :( He has been so fun, regardless, though! He has learned to say "cheese" before mommy takes his picture and it is SO cute! He is really repeating a lot of what we say! It is so fun for us to hear that sweet voice say real words! He is eating so great right now so we are thankful for a healthy boy! We are also praying for a healthy baby #2! We have our appointment tomorrow afternoon to hopefully find out the sex of that sweet peanut! More than anything else, we pray for a healthy baby who is developing properly! Thank you, Lord, for the blessing of carrying another sweet baby! I am feeling this baby move and kick a lot, which is always such an incredible feeling! I will hopefully be able to update tomorrow night with the results! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for us! We love you all!!!
Isaiah LOVES our tree!
The boys love playing in the play bin! Isaiah even crawls in on his own to play!
Oh, that sweet face! LOVE that smile!
Precious boy playing!
These next couple pictures are some I captured while trying to get pictures for our Christmas card!

New Pics
I don't have much time to write because nap time is almost over but I promised to get some new pictures up here. Eric got a new computer for work and uses it a ton but we had to move the other computer to a different room and I've been trying to get it set up for a few days now so I've had extremely limited Internet time! So, sorry for the delay! Here are just a few pics taken over the last month! Enjoy!
Focusing on his blocks!
Emptying out the Kleenex box!
Loving on Grandma Kathy!
Sitting on daddy's lap with Eli - notice Eli's fresh haircut! We've been calling him Eli Schmucker because he resembled a little Amish boy! :)
Future Chef - Playing in the spice drawer!
Feeding Eli his breakfast!
Doesn't get to watch it very often but loves his Praise Baby!

Silly Boy
Unfortunately, I'm not a very good mother and I didn't take any pictures of our boy on Thanksgiving. He had on the cutest little outfit from Grandpa Jim and Grandma Kathy and I didn't get any pictures. :( I will have to dress him up again just to get some pictures! We had a wonderful day on Thursday of remembering ALL we have to be thankful for! Our God has blessed us so much and for that we could not be more thankful!
We got our tree put up this weekend and Isaiah loves it! He knows exactly what it is and points to it when we ask where the Christmas tree is! Last night we were in the Christmas spirit and we were singing Christmas Carols! This video shows Isaiah singing along! :)
I had a doctor's appointment this morning to check in on Heuer Baby #2. Everything went great and checked out wonderfully. My tummy measured right on track and the baby's heart rate was between 150 and 160! Eric and I had a bit of dejavu from our check-ups with Isaiah because they have told us both times that we have a "happy baby"! Our baby was very active while she was checking for the heart rate! Let's just hope and pray the baby is awake and active and cooperative next Tuesday when we have our ultrasound! :)
I have some pictures to upload but my camera battery is dead so as soon as it is charged, I will try to get those on here! We hope everyone is having a great week and if we don't post before next Tuesday, we'll be letting you know if Isaiah is going to have a little brother or a little sister! :)
Lots of Love
xoxo

Precious Moments
As Isaiah and I were going through our nightly routine tonight; bath, jammies, books, prayers, bed; we just had the best time together. After I read to him, he was very content to just stay on my lap and snuggle so I took the opportunity to sing to him for a bit. He laid there and even joined in for a few choruses! One of the neatest parts of that scenario is that while I was singing and while he was snuggling, I felt the precious baby within kicking me. I had both of my babies so close and I was able to relish in that moment. I will not take that for granted. Thank you, Jesus, for that precious moment.
I often get emotional thinking about how FAST time is flying with Isaiah. He seems to just be growing TOO quickly. We have gone through so many milestones and I know there will be many more, which I look forward to! But, in the midst of being happy that he is growing and developing, I get sentimental thinking about the stages that have passed. He has the sweetest personality and it is blossoming more and more each day. I wish I could have a hidden camera so you all could see the "true" Isaiah. He just gets so funny (and not ha ha funny!)when he sees that camera!
I was able to sneakily get two cute videos of our boy today! He didn't realize either time that I was filming until he turned around! I hope you enjoy!

Video and 16 weeks
For Christmas last year, Auntie Jess and Uncle David got Isaiah a personalized CD of precious songs! He is growing to LOVE this CD! Every time I turn it on, he whips his head towards the CD player and gets the biggest smile on his face like he is so proud they just said his name! It is just the cutest! Well, we all know by now that this little child of mine LOVES electronics! So, every time I turn on that video camera, he is way more interested in it than anything else. I did not get the reaction I normally get but he's still awfully cute in this video! :)
And here is the belly at 16 weeks! Just a couple days ago, I told Eric I didn't feel like my belly was as big at this stage right now as it was last time. Well just in the last day or two, it has seemed to really pop out! I am feeling the baby lots this week! I do believe I have two very active children on my hands! :)

Some sweet ones
This first picture is Isaiah helping daddy find some properties at work the other day! Don't miss the microphone in Isaiah's hand! He was making announcements!
The rest of these are just a product of mommy having too much fun with Isaiah's hair in the bath tub! It's getting rather long!

Beach and Zoo with Family
This past weekend, Eric's dad and stepmom were in town, as well as, Eric's sister Erin, her husband Jason and their kids Nick and Kate. We had a great time hanging out as a family and did some really fun things together! On Friday, we went to Fort Myers Beach for some play time! And on Saturday, we went to the Naples Zoo. Isaiah and Eric woke up on Friday morning with cold symptoms and it hit me on Saturday morning. Eric fought it off really quickly but Isaiah and I are still struggling. Yesterday morning, Isaiah and I both had fevers, which really stinks but hopefully soon we'll be on the up-side!
Isaiah's little toes curling to keep from sinking in the sand!
Isaiah loved playing in the sand and the water!
Loving on Eli
Playing with Nick and Kate
Playing in the water with Grandma
Playing with Grandpa
Grandpa pushing Isaiah
Pointing at the Lions
Isaiah sure didn't feel well but it was a lot of fun!
Thank you family for visiting and thank you for all the fun memories! We love you all!

A little lion and a little lemon...
We had a great Halloween 2008! Isaiah was a little lion and boy was he cute! I was so afraid that he would be miserable in his costume but he really didn't seem to mind it at all! We have been working a lot on him saying "roar" because he has a toy lion that makes noise and we knew he would be a lion for Halloween. So, we have been saying "roar" a lot! In the car that night, on the way to trick-or-treat, I kept asking Isaiah, what does a lion say??? He just kept moo-ing! I guess that's his favorite animal noise right now! No luck with the roar!
We started out by going to a church fall festival! Both boys enjoyed walking around and looking at people but there wasn't a ton for them to do because of their age. We were able to do a couple things but mostly just looked around!
After the festival, we went with friends to trick-or-treat! We had a great time! Isaiah was really good even though it was past dinnertime! It was fun to take him out and spend time with friends!
Being silly in the car!
Is he cute or what???
Cousins - Monkey and Lion

Playing at the festival!
Mommy and her little lion!
His FIRST trick-or-treating EVER! :)
One of the cutest parts of the costume was the back, with the little tail! :)
So, you may be asking yourself, "why did she mention a lemon in the title?" Well, it's because Heuer Baby #2 is about the size of a lemon right now! That's right, we are expecting baby number TWO!!! We just had a Dr.'s appointment on Friday and everything looked great! I am about 14 weeks along and the heart rate was between 140-150! Our due date is April 29th, which would make our children about 21 months apart! WHEW - we will be busy! But we are so excited and cannot wait to have two precious bundles of joy! I have started to pop out a little earlier than I did last time but not a ton. I have actually felt the baby move several times also which is amazing and comforting! I have felt SO much better than I did when I was pregnant with Isaiah. I still have nausea but it's not nearly as intense as it was with him. I am so grateful for that! I have not been craving cheeseburgers like I did with Isaiah but I have had some other cravings. I went through a phase where I wanted Caesar Salads. I've wanted lemonade quite a bit, and also Mexican food! I have had that for my last three meals! :) We feel so blessed that God has given us another opportunity to love another child! We cannot wait to meet this precious angel! I will try to post some belly pics soon! In the meantime...we love you all and appreciate your prayers and support through this time!

15 Months
Well, we've been battling yet another sickness in this house. Isaiah really has been a pretty healthy little guy but he somehow got a little stomach virus and he has had some pretty bad diapers lately. The only reason I tell you that is to explain this first picture. There have been a few days during this whole ordeal when diaper changes have been horrendous! Isaiah is miserable because he is so raw and we are miserable because he is screaming so loud. It's awful! After these awful scenes, Isaiah just wants to cuddle and be rocked and held so here he is with daddy one evening. He wasn't sleeping, just cuddling!
Other than that, we've been great! Trying to keep healthy foods in Isaiah's system when he doesn't feel like eating has been a challenge but for the most part, that's been the biggest issue.
When he does eat though, he LOVES to feed himself! He smiles after every bite he puts in there with his fork!
We broke a record in Florida today for being the coolest this day has ever seen! We hit 64 and it was so delightful! We had the windows open and we were wearing our sweatshirts!
Isaiah continues to attempt more words. Yesterday he worked on banana a lot - it came out more like na-na though :) He will now tell you what a cow says and it is the cutest thing. It sounds like he just tasted something yummy...it's just "mmmm"! When he is babbling, he is making more and more different sounds!
Isaiah is completely off of the bottle now. When we went to Indiana, I forgot to pack it so we were just giving him his nighttime feeding in his sippy cup but now he's not even taking that! He's such a BIG boy!
I guess that's it for today....here are some recent pics for you to enjoy of our little angel!
Just hanging out in the driveway with nothing but a diaper on! :)
Isaiah is loving his blocks right now and almost enjoys throwing them more than he likes to build things with them!
We spent some time at the beach this past weekend, just the three of us! It was so nice to have some time where we could just enjoy each other and not have anywhere to get to or anyone else's schedule to follow! We were able to go for a walk and play for a good long while! Here are some of my favorite shots from that day!

I love this one! Eric's face is so priceless - he was laughing at how Isaiah was sinking in the sand when the waves would come up! He had to whisk Isaiah up pretty quickly so he wouldn't fall!
After being at the beach and getting very sandy, Isaiah needed to be cleaned off before we could do anything with him! So what better way to get the sand off than to use an outdoor shower! He LOVES it!

Getting rinsed real good!
I'll end with this precious picture of my two kids!
