This past weekend, the Heuer family made a trip down to lovely Evansville to celebrate Mother's Day. We had a wonderful time with lots of family. We even went to Southern Illinois for the day on Saturday to see extended family. It was great to see everyone again. It had been since Christmas that we saw extended family. And none of them had seen my belly!On Sunday, Eric had to work his open house but that night, he made a very special evening for me! It was an evening for just the two of us and he planned a great dinner at Cheesecake Factory (one of my favorites)! We had a great time there and then went on to get me a snow cone before heading home!!! Yes, I'm still craving cold and slushy things! :) He also had two very precious cards for me. One from him and one from our little man! They were both so sweet and it was so thoughtful of Eric to treat me so special on Mother's Day! I have an awesome husband and I praise our God for him! He is so understanding of my aches and pains and pregnancy antics! Thank you, Jesus for the gift of my husband!
This coming Friday we have our 28 weeks appointment, which means we only have 12 weeks left to go!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!! What a thought! They will be doing a blood test this week as well as checking on our little guy to make sure he's growing properly! I will keep you all updated!We hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!
